FAQ's

How do we get a quote for our event or ask a question?

The first thing to do is to get in touch preferably using the contact form on the contact page, or by emailing me at [email protected]. If you can put your phone number on your enquiry it really helps as I can then call you if I have any questions about your event. Please include details including date, location or venue and timings or hours you need me.

I can then quote you for the event and answer any questions you have.

Once that is agreed I just need an email from yourselves booking the date in my diary.

That’s it! Quick and easy.

After that I just need a brief about a week before your event, or at the event itself, if that is easier.

I will shoot great images at your event, post process the photos and deliver the image files by download or on a webgallery within the agreed timeframe.

 

How far will you travel?

I mostly shoot events in London, but I also travel throughout the UK and abroad. I’ve shot events or for annual reports as far away as the Far East and South America and extensively in Europe.

I only charge mileage outside of London.

Other travel, parking and accommodation as required would be charged at cost.

 

How will we get our photos?

I deliver all the best photos from your event hi res, as a download or on a webgallery, with full copyright use, edited and individually retouched.

 

Can we have a web gallery where our guests can order prints?

Yes, I can provide a well laid out web gallery for you and your guests to see all or a selection of the photos. From the web gallery you can order prints and/or download the photos themselves.

 

Do you do headshots?

Yes, I often do headshots for websites and annual reports. I am frequently asked to do that at an event I’m already booked for, or at a convenient location, usually the company offices. I can suggest a background or can work to a brief.

 

Do you have the necessary insurance for working in high end venues?

Yes, I have £10 million Public Liability Insurance. This is significantly beyond what most photographers have, but reflects some of the great venues I shoot in, including the Royal Museums Greenwich which display priceless works of art.

I also have Professional Indemnity Insurance.

 

When will we get our images after the event?

We will agree when you need the images before the event and I will get your images to you within that timeframe.

 

Do you offer photobooks and albums?

Yes, I offer a range of beautiful and functional photobooks and albums.
